the staff was friendly and cute, and they treated us like very important guests. mrs violeta, venera, and gorkem were great staff members and very helpful. she gave us great service with balloons and a delicious cake for my daughter's birthday. This was more than any other hotel staff has ever done for us.

I found that the entertainment schedule was vague. It was often late, and poorly explained, but that was not a big problem
